The GE Smartwater MWF cartridge is designed for all GE side-by-side refrigerators with cartridges that fit inside the refrigerator compartment. This includes Water by Culligan, Smartwater and Smartwater plus systems.
Based on block carbon technology, the MWF cartridge offers a premium level of filtration. Not only is it certified to reduce contaminants such as chlorine-resistant cysts, lead and mercury, it has also been verified to filter five trace pharmaceuticals including ibuprofen, progesterone and fluoxetine*.
The GE range of cartridges are designed to be replaced either at six month intervals or when the 'replace cartridge' light comes on (if fitted). It features a simple push-and-twist installation which means that when the time does come to replace the cartridge, it takes a matter of seconds.
This cartridge fits the following fridge models: PCD42ZM, PCG21B, PCG21F, PCG21S, PCG21W and any other model that corresponds with this cartridge part number (GWF, GWFA, GWF01, GWF06, MWFA, MXRC, FXRT, FXRC).
*Please note that these contaminants that are reduced/removed by this filter aren't necessarily present in every water supply.
but I felt the service was very bad,
due to your website failing to add the VAT I received an email asking for more money, I then had to email and then phone, (My time and phone call cost to pay missing VAT)
I was not impressed.
I felt that the site should have absorbed the mistake.
Had I purchased from a shop that would have been the case.
It really is not to do with the money but the wasting of my time.
I cann't believe you have a website that fails to add VAT.
Not impressed by the aftersales at all.
