The cartridge houses granular activated carbon which effectively reduces taste and odour in water, making it more enjoyable to drink.
The cartridge is incredibly easy to fit and will last approximately 6 months before needing to be replaced. We even have a helpful email reminder and reorder service you can subscribe to so that your replacement cartridge will always be with you for when it is needed.

Finally my handbook for the fridge freezer explained how to easily and quickly reset the filter warning using the ice and chilled water control buttons (it doesn't happen automatically just because you change the filter).
