The cartridge houses granular activated carbon which effectively reduces taste and odour in water, making it more enjoyable to drink.
The cartridge is incredibly easy to fit and will last approximately 6 months before needing to be replaced. We even have a helpful email reminder and reorder service you can subscribe to so that your replacement cartridge will always be with you for when it is needed.

Customer Service and after sales service is very responsive.
Highly recommended.
My only issue however was the amount of water required to clear through the filter before use. Instead of the usual 2 glasses that is needed using the Samsung filter I needed to use at least 7 glasses of water to clear through the Pozzani one.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
