The cartridge houses granular activated carbon which effectively reduces taste and odour in water, making it more enjoyable to drink.
The cartridge is incredibly easy to fit and will last approximately 6 months before needing to be replaced. We even have a helpful email reminder and reorder service you can subscribe to so that your replacement cartridge will always be with you for when it is needed.

I ran some water though it before use (2 buckets full) a lot of black water (charcoal) came out.
They are the same size as the standard filters. The connectors on each end are not the same but work well. no leaking.
all in all happy with the product so far. Only had installed for 1 week.
