The cartridge houses granular activated carbon which effectively reduces taste and odour in water, making it more enjoyable to drink.
The cartridge is incredibly easy to fit and will last approximately 6 months before needing to be replaced. We even have a helpful email reminder and reorder service you can subscribe to so that your replacement cartridge will always be with you for when it is needed.

Excellent service, fantastic price and the filter was very easy to fit - taking only 5 minutes.
Will be ordering again no trouble.
One item had a minor leak. This item was replaced very quickly by free return business post.
Only issue is the different prices you employ. You send me marketing emails with links to your main site that show prices that are higher than if I buy through Amazon and go through that site to your sales page. If you are senstive to price (as I am) then it really annoys the returning customer to find that they get charged MORE for being loyal when buying direct than if the customer just goes to a price comparison site and makes a purchase as if they are a new customer.
For the confusing price strategy you use when using different internet sales channels, I drop your overall rating from 5 to 4.
